Wraps & Focaccia Bread

Wraps originally started many years ago as something we'd make just for the staff to eat. Everyone would put their own toppings on the think bread we made out of left over pizza dough. They have become a staple on our lunch menu. Our wraps are made every morning and sometimes as needed. Pizza dough rolled thinly with garlic and Parmesan cheese and then baked. Filled with delicious topping, rolled and toasted. The perfect sit down or takeaway lunch.
